our Story
We are not just a fitness program. At CrossFit Shrewsbury, we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Shrewsbury for a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community. ‘
We focus on building a strong sense of community among members and fostering a supportive, encouraging environment for individuals to push themselves to their limits and achieve their fitness goals. In this gym, we are all on the same journey. We root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times. We celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act different and come from different walks of life, but we are all part of the CrossFit Shrewsbury family.
CFS has become the happy place for many of our members. It’s a place where they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their authentic self.
The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans extends from the gym to the world around us.

We will start strong by guiding you through the fundamentals of training and sound habits, putting you on the road to success!
