In business since 2009, we pride ourselves on being one of the longest standing CrossFit Gyms in NJ and THE longest standing CrossFit Gym in Monmouth County.
This experience has allowed for us to not only perfect our craft and provide top notch program design, but we have learned what it takes to provide a positive class experience to keep our members committed, which, in turn provides positive results and helps our members to experience success in reaching their health and fitness goals.
One of the greatest variants of CrossFit is it’s constantly varied, yet methodical programming. Each class, every week, will provide a different “stimulous” for your body. This allows for maximum results as your body never gets used to one type of workout. Some days, will have an emphasis on strength, some will have an emphasis on endurance and others can range from sprint intervals to higher volume, low intensity work. This methodology of programming keeps your body from hitting plateaus as well as keeps you motivated and excited for each new day of exciting programming!
Each class is programmed and designed to optimize your 60 minute class at CFS. From coach led warmups, to skill and strength instruction, our knowledgeable coaches will guide you and give you constant feedback throughout the whole hour long class.
You only get one body – and it should be made a priority. WE recommend a minimum of 3 days a week to get started. With general nutritional guidance included in your foundations classes, this coupled with a few days a week to begin will be enough to start seeing results and allow your body to adjust to the new stimulus.
